Apparently this is a new location. There was no uhaul signage and the name on the door is not the name stated by uhaul. There was no key box for drop off. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the key in an open mailbox in a strip mall type location. I called the 1800 number and they told me to leave the key in the open mailbox. I had to drive back a second time to drop that key off. I should have went with another company.Edouard S.
