I finished my rental in than 2 hrs. I just recieved a voicemail from the store representative very angry and yelling. He as saying that we were not able to return the key at the right spot. The guy was yelling and swearing fuck on my voicemail, and said to never come back. He was rude with no manners at all. He could have said in the appropriate way. When you make a reservation at a location, make sure that the truck is available. I had to move on the day of my truck rental. The location I was sent to was closed and there was no way to get a truck from that location. I wasted over an hour trying to get a new truck.Jonathan A.

The truck had dog or cat hair that got on my clothes and was not clean on the inside. I was charged extra charges and over charged. That was the last time I use Uhaulilyas G.
The mobile check in process was frankly horrible. You asked me to scan the license in advance which I did but then in person at the vehicle I had to manually enter it and then two steps later scan it again. The instructions to get location working were only half right because we had to call and wait and be transferred several times to find out there is another step in privacy to do. The person on site was friendly but had no knowledge to help us or the other people in any way. It took a full HOUR to do the mobile check in. We should be emailed in advance to fill out everything before hand. Then in person should be location and that's it to get the key. The vehicle was very good but your process absolutely sucks.Sandy F.

One problem was the temperature knobs for the A/C unit in the truck. Other than that, everything was great. The check-in/check-out process was as smooth as it could be and I have no complaints. Would definitely rent from this location in the future. Thank you!ILLYA F.

the uhaul smelt STRONGLY of urine. it was extremely dirty. there was a used vape in one of the cup holders. there was grime everywhere.Sid S.
NEVER EVER rent with this location! Rented a truck using Truck Share and 2 days after renting I noticed a $60 + tax cleaning charge added on. I immediately called the location and spoke to Vivian who immediately became aggressive, confrontational, and told me that the truck was dirty and that I can call customer service if I have a problem. Almost a month later I am still in the process of back-and-forth communication with U-Haul and the area manager. Apparently this location uploaded bogus pictures of a dirty truck to the dispute file when in fact I uploaded pictures of a clean truck to the app as part of the check-out process. Vivian and this location puts a bad name to U-Haul. Consider yourself warned!TAL K.

I was not happy with the way the flat tire issue was dealt with. I got the flat about 140 pm and called in. It took forty minutes to get notified thet someone was being sent out. Then i got notification they would arrive between 315 and 345. They got there about 340 and said â€œoh we cant fix that its an eight bolt rim so u have to call uhaul againâ€. Then i had to sit again and be on the phone with uhaul trying to get someone else sent out. Someone finally came at about 620 and they changed the tire. So all in all i was sitting on the side of the road for about 5 hours gor sntired change. I am deeply disappointed in the way it was all handled as they should have known who to send to do the job In addition i am a cancer patient so i need to eat and take my meds regularly so it messed up my day thst way was well. After the tire change i had to still go to kiitchener to do the last install for the day Sincerely StephenStephen A.

When I got there, there was a really polite and nice old lady who gave me the keys whoever when I finished with uhal I talked with a man with black skin he was really rude and aggressive. When I asked him how much is gonna cost me he told me 145$ and I told why so expensive. He told me because it was dirty however That wasn't the case and he was lying, I asked him please give my key back to clean the uhaul because I don't Want to pay 20$ for cleaning. He throws the keys on the table really aggressively and rudely. I asked him why did you throw it at me and he told me because you wasted my time. Overall, I'm really angry and unsatisfied with the costumer service and I want to Uhaul take action with this guy and let me what did they to him he should apologize for his behavior. Original rental was at the keele location when I showed up the truck was not available. Central office co-ordinated rental at other location right away. Smooth from there. Prior user had spit fruit seeds in the door console which was gross.Michael M.

Not an issue regarding the location, but rather U-Haul as a company. For some reason the price indicated when I first did my quote was $30 less than what I actually paid. I was quoted for $100 online after tax. Plus I was given another random charge of $18 when I got back? Have literally no clue why. The self pick-up process took longer than the 10 minutes they recommend to come beforehand which cut into my rental time. Although it wasn't an issue this time, if I had rented for a shorter period it very well could've been. All in all, I paid an extra $50 than I had expected for a reason I'm not too sure of. Will definitely tread lightly around this company the next time I need a truck rental. Again though, Stereo 1 was fine, U-Haul had a couple surprises though.Illya F.
