Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The guy practically dragged me out of the store, walked off and didn't respond to why I couldn't get my truck when I can see it in the parking lot for just arriving 30 mins early. Any other location would be okay with that if it helps them get it back sooner. Then he shoulder checked me as he stomped around and said I'm in his way. I don't have time for children so I ignored him and luckily someone else was able to help but that child needs to be taught some discipline and manners.
Mohammed EThe U Haul app requires major attention. It does not work properly for self service check in and drop off. Specifically when you need to upload pick up and drop off pictures, that portion of the app is incredibly problematic and does not work. It took me 1/2 an hour and calling customer service both times to manage to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed with how bad of a function that part of the app is. I would imagine a company the size of U Haul should manage to make an app that works properly.
