DOUGLAS WMy U haul experience was terrible, my reservation was not held and I had to pick up elsewhere. I would not recommend and will never use it again. I was also charges for miles, not kilometers, hence my mileage fee was 60% more than it should be.

Narine DThe owner of the location called us randomly start yelling at us that we took the wrong truck. This wrong on so many levels. We followed the instructions emailed to us and took the truck that was assigned to us The owner also charged me for blankets I didn’t order and didn’t use. He put blankets on our truck but we didn’t use them. This person needs to be taught customer service manners.
Amoz GUnexpected fuel charges and cleaning charges were applied and I was told that I lied. I left the gas tank exactly where it was when I picked up. I am 200% confident that the truck was clean because I only drove it for 16 miles. I had clicked pictures in the app for everything. It was supposed to be seamless and easy as I have used Uhaul service before but super disappointed this time. I have already raised a complaint with the service center, hoping to hear back in 2 days.

Dubiner ICustomer service should be a little more prompt and courteous. The female was fine though. When you check in early, you should not be told, " I can't check you in now, put the key in the box." Especially when I want to pay with debit and not on my my Visa and there is no one in line.

FLORES CThis has nothing to do with the lady at the counter. She was very nice and professional when I picked up the truck and I would deal with her and the location again. I tried including these comments in the app but it would not allow me to check out. So I had to remove the following comments in order to proceed. With a full load, the oil light came on and the truck stalled and would not move forward. It was as if the truck was stuck in neutral. It would not move forward in drive or backward in reverse. After several attempts at restarting the truck, the gears finally engaged and I was able to drive it again. It was definitely an anxious moment since I had another run to do and I was afraid that I would be stuck on the road again. Please fix this for the next family.

Pick up and return confirmed. 1) had to wait an hour to get truck 2) “vehicle jockey” blatantly smoking pot getting out of a vehicle…thankfully not mine 3) return location said I can’t return because its not in the system. After some checking (another 30 min) finally accepted. NEVER again.

Mark SFirst, the office call me to come and pick-up the car the day before because the dolly is too heavy for them to put in. I said I could not. I can only come in for the time I booked for. They said well… I said that is not my responsibility, you have to find a way. Hung-up on me. Picked and used the truck. I was returning the truck and parked where designated. I guess one of the staff who was finishing the day came and said the truck is sticking and what the hell are you doing. ( as exactly as he said). I told him I cannot do better. As soon as I said, he was yelling at me saying, “then get the ‘fuck’ out of the car, you idiot”. WOW. What a customer service that is. I asked what did you say?, he was not stopping and keep saying, you can’t park better? Then get the fuck out of the truck. What the fuck are you waiting for? I got out and he almost hit my car was parked beside and parked the truck again. I was supposed to take pictures of the truck to sign out. He was again yelling what the fuck are you doing here. I told him I have take the pictures to get approval the return, and you don’t talk to your customers like that. He said it is because you are shitting. I said the same thing, you are shitting at customer service too. He no respond and went away. Don’t use this place. They got no manner or any mind of customer service at all.
Soo YThe lady was very kind however, the young guy had a very rude demeanour. With future customers please ensure respect from all employees towards customers.
HAFIZ RI cannot think of anything that needs improving. One minor item would be to remove the windshield advertising sign, as I had to leave it at home, and then I forgot about it when I returned the truck. I returned the sign the next day.

MACAULEY OThe man in charge is extremely rude ,unpleasant , unprofessional, intimidating, violent, verbally abusive and .... he called me a liar, told me to shut up, he used the F word on me. Furthermore, he is a crook, a charlatan, and super dishonest .he charged me $80.00 plus tax for cleaning the truck which completely cleaned and I have pictures to prove it. Uhaul should not allow this location to operate anymore. It is a disgrace to the name if the reputation matters at all.

HUMANITY FWe booked a 15ft truck for our moving day a month in advance, but the day before our move, we were informed that it was unavailable. We were then told that we would at least have access to an 8ft truck, but when we arrived to pick it up, our order had been switched to a pickup truck instead. As a result, we had to make multiple trips, which caused us significant inconvenience. We are disappointed with the short notice and the lack of communication.
