Set time and date over the phone with an employee for a Sunday pick up. I received a call the Thursday before the pick up to inform me if need to do a mobile pick up, so I made an account and was ready. On Sunday I arrived to do a mobile pick up and had to call customer service and they informed me this location didn't have the kiosk to do a mobile pick up. Couldn't pick up until Monday and still had to pay for a Sunday pick up.JACKIE LEE JR T.

I rented two weekends in a row, someone spilled tar the 1st weekend, I cleaned it up. This past weekend, the cab smelled like smoke, someone left a cigarette and a lighter in the cab, and it was very dirty. I have used U-Haul quite a bit, and this was the most expensive that I have had in 3 years. Unless you guys send me some money back, don't expect to see me again.Don W.

Have a trained person attach the trailer. She needed help with filling out the contract. Same person did not attached trailer properly. Came off the hitch while driving!! Emergency brake chain was to long didn't engage!! Could have got killed and/ or killed someone else! Roadside assistance took the empty trailer I just picked up and I had to pickup another the next day! No credit! Charged me for an extra day!!!!!!!DANIEL S.

I called the Monday before to rent the trailer in Shelby NC, Got to the uhaul location and they couldn't find my reservation. I even received an email verifying I had reserved the trailer. But they didn't have a trailer so I had to call around and find one in another town.ERNEST D.

I reserved a pickup time after the location was closed. I called the location the day of pickup and confirmed keys would be left in a lock box so I wouldn't have any issues when I got there. I had to use an uber to get to the location only to find out after an hour of calling around uhaul that this location did not put the keys in the lockbox so I was unable to pick up my truck until the next morning. So I had to get an uber back to my house that night. This cost me for uber both ways and delayed my move. When I mentioned this the next morning at the location, I was told sometimes it glitches and then the employee moved along like it wasn't an issue. Luckily for uhaul, there weren't any nearby competitors with an available truck. I realize this was more of a location issue than a company issue. But it was handled poorly.NICHOLAS S.

I believe it would be much appreciated by customers if you would have jack stands on the larger enclosed trailers. I can be difficult to handle, and it may pose as a safety hazard. Aside from that, I thank you for your service and I will be back to rent again.DWAYNE M.
Nothing was ready for me they did not check in car holler.So the guy just hurry and check it in with out seeing it and it was messed up and he add things to my bill that I did not ask for like almost 500 more. 28 of the miles accumulated were traveling to and from the rental location. This location is not convienient to my neighborhood. Advertising a Pickup Truck for $19.99 a day and then charging $50.00 for the Pickup truck is a bait and switch. I'll be using Enterprise or Alamo next time.Russ J.

We had to switch vehicles we originally signed up with due to it having it's own issues. When we got to the place with the new vehicle nothing was asked or changed even though they knew it wasn't the same. Then we were given a trailer that we had complications with the lights. We were told that that light set up was only for GMC and Fords and that it wouldn't work on the Nissan that we had, so it was our problem. We had to drive the trailer with only one brake light working the entire time we had it.Isaac O.

I was supposed to drop the uhaul a block away from my house, and instead I was rerouted to this one 30 minutes away. The man at this location was polite, offered to back up and unhitch it for me, and got us checked out smoothly, but I hated that I had to drive an extra 30 minutes there and 30 minutes home.
