JAMES CThat was the most rinkydink U-Haul store I have every seen. First off when I called the number a Stereo Store answered. I thought I had the wrong number. I ultimately had to call the 800 number. Only to find out they were in a stereo store. Store said they had a hitch and a ball and moving blankets. When I got there they said they didn't have a hitch or ball that I needed to go buy one. When I got back they said they actually didn't have any moving blanket so I had to leave again and go buy some. Then the hook up to the car was a four pronged deal that didn't fit the now universal attachment for my car. So I had to buy one of those. I have used U-Haul a lot. Always great. I dropped it off seamlessly to a full fledged U-Haul store near me.
MARK JClearly state how you can pay with cash as long as you have a credit card on file I had and the girl neglected to explain so had to go to the bank to make sure there was enough on the credit card then she told me after I could pay cash 45 contour of my way to do this other than that it was good

Don WThe truck was disgustingly dirty. It took me over an hour and a half to clean the cab and the windows. The leasing agent said there was a 1/4 tank of gas, which was not even close to being true. I will never rent from U-Haul, or recommend U-Haul to anyone else.

Carson OU-HAUL Truck steers to the right by itself. Even with the Parking Brake pulled In Park. At 3O MPH THE RAM U-HAUL TRUCK STEERED BY ITSELF UP ONTO THE CURB. THREE TIMES THIS HAPPENED ON A 255 MILE TRIP FAIR WARNING. DO NOT ACCEPT THE RAM U-HAUL TRUCK. ASK FOR SOMETHING ELSE. COULD HAVE HIT A PEDESTRIAN OR A PARKED CAR. IF IT STEERS BY ITSELF, THEN EXPECT A HEAD ON COLLISION, IF THE RAM U-HAUL TRUCK STEERS TO THE LEFT. U-HAUL SHOULD NEVER RENT A TRUCK LIKE THIS.

TAMIKIA SGas mileage was not what they said it was and still got charged for for improper mileage and didn't even drive more than 5 miles. Gas tank came back what they sent me out with but was told I didn't replace Gas
ANTHONY AI rented a uhaul for the first-time. The employees made me feel confident in driving medium box truck. I was nervous at first, then learned how to handle the uhaul. Excellent check out and check in when returning with the uhaul. Bravo to Michael and his team. 👍

CHARLES RSite has 24 hour delivery so I didn't interact with humans or go into the office to give better ratings. nonetheless, the geo-locator return process on the u-haul app was awesome! we left the auto-tralier in the lot and uploaded the pics to the app as prompted- done in 10 minutes!
