I was pleased with everything. Such as putting the truck on schedule for use and readily available paperwork was given and aaked if I had any questions or concerns before leaving. Everything was working properly and it was a big help to find out it did have a ramp attached to hekp loading and unloading easier. They even allowed me to leave my truck in a safe spot which was easier on me . I am very pleased and thankful of the service that was provided.

Lynn VI am disappointed with the cost. I am military and needed to move last minute because I came down on orders. The truck I ordered was clean and brand new but not big enough which was a shock. I tried getting a second truck from I-haul but couldn’t. I went to Penske and they offered better prices on all vehicles with unlimited miles. The cost is the only disappointment.

Brad ZWindows were dirty, center console had something spilled in it. The windshield wipers needed replaced, the alignment was bad, and the truck didn't go over 50 without violently shaking until it "warmed up", which was about 15 minutes. The location was difficult to get into, as it was an empty lot next to a service station which was at capacity.

Eric PInform the customer when there is a change in reservation. I went to the previously scheduled location only to find out that my truck wasn't there because you extended the previous customers rental. I only found out when I showed up at the place to pick it up. 20 minutes after I finally got a call from customer service that I could get one at another station several miles away. I was offered an upgrade to a 15' truck and extra miles for free, but this miscommunication is asinine and needs to get better.

Louis WScreen customers before writing a contract up and finding they don't have the money to pay for their rental. It caused me to wait an extra 20 minutes to find out the customer before me couldn't rent because of funds not available.

Sesselie HNo one answered the phone at any point during the rental. There are many locations. The one recommended was 20 minutes from my old and new place so the mileage to pick up and return added a lot onto my charges. But again, no one would answer phone for me to ask to change the location
