The person at the conveneice store had no idea what he was doing. He added insurance without my permission. I called uhaul and asked for refund. They said they would call me back. They never did. The truck had issues with the driver door latching and the tire pressure warning light error was on saying service it. I would rather pick up my truck from a uhaul place where the person is actually trained. Not just a random convenience store with teenagers who don't care.

rob AVery nice staff, and very helpful with determining how many gallons of gas, I needed. The pick up location, is a Stinker station. They have a huge parking area, away from the regular customer area, making parking very easy. It's an unusual bonus for UHaul customers, to be able to refill the gas tank, to the level it was at pickup, when they return the truck, all at one place! Excellent!

Dee ATruck did not have proper set-up of hand cart but office staff was super nice and quick to get it corrected. Windshield was bug ridden but its that season.

CHARLEY JI had trouble opening the lock. I got in the truck it smelt like dog and there was dog hair everywhere and there was a dog toy under the seat it was not very clean.
