You trailer needs wider ramps and would be nice if they had some raised edges to help with staying in the track

Shane GThe pick up & drop off in the app was hard especially the picture part for pick up. It didn’t want to accept any of my photos. I had to reload the open the app several times before it actually would let me complete the pick up process to even get the key code. Don’t took me about an hour to pick up the truck. The drop off process was much smoother. Still took a little while with the pics. Al in all, it was a good experience since it was in the same town I already lived in and only moved to another location in.
Michelle HI had issues with the left rear tail lights. There was a loose connection in the wiring. It kept flickering on and off.
