Location hard to get to. No parking. Attendant was very nice, friendly. Transaction was a breeze

Peter ZRental was good. Although, I was told the truck was full of gas and that i needed to return it full. I drove it 11 miles total and it took 6.9 gallons of gas, $23. There is no way it was full when i picked it up. When i pointed this out upon return and asked for some type of credit. I was told this was not possible and somehow this was my fault. This is disappointing. A $10 credit would have made happy but that didn’t happen. Scott English 469-919-3244

ARJUN SThey lied to me that I have to buy the insurance (or have my own insurance). They also charged me 3 Gallon worth of gas when I only drove 12 miles which uses like 1.5 Gallon max.

CHARLES GI was prepared for disappointment as I wanted a different location than North Atherton. But maybe the issues I saw online helped. The trucks were pulled out for customers instead of having the customers trying to wrangle getting out of N Atherton. The Harrisburg office representative could have been a bit more friendly but I don't want this to reflect on North Atherton U-Haul.

JOHN DThe truck was absolute disgrace. It was old and really bad. The hand break was not working properly. The transmission was super poor. I had real bad experience driving this. It was not at all what I wanted during my move-out. The dolly was also really poor. It was not the usual that I used someother times. It had fabric and made furniture slippery. I had real hassle overall. Not worth the money I paid.

RICHARD HThe van rental was fast, not overly expensive, and they gave me a few minutes of instructions on operating it. I was a little hesitant about driving it because I had been driving a 4-on-the-floor small car for a long time. They made it easy.

MATTHEW TTurning in the truck after hours using the app was a little glitchy but it did work out after a couple of tries.
ERIC RThey have a no vvehicle's in the lot policy. Basically, they say they will not rent to you until whoever dropped you off is out of their lot. There are political signs all over the property, which is inappropriate and extremely unwelcoming to customers. The staff are nowhere to be found when you walk inside. They have a 25 dollar surcharge to your rental if you don't fold the uhaul moving blankets, and sweep out the truck before rental. Never seen that before, which was kind of weird. Further, the person who rented too us left the truck running and tried to get us moving as soon as we had the truck. But, we got a text saying we had to take pictures of the trucks condition before leaving the lot, or we are responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Not that there was any damage, but its an extremely shady practice. I went to a different uhaul place, and was reminded to take pictures of the vehicle before leaving. All in all, horrible experience. I wouldnt recommend anybody come here that isn't looking for a disappointing experience.

JOSE PI was charged an extra $46.50 for a cleaning fee and dropping the uhaul and auto transport off earlier than expected. I used less miles than I was charged for which I was not refunded the money for either. I did not use all the blankets I also paid for an was not refunded for the blankets either. Avoid this location if possible. Ive used Uhauls all over the nation and this is the only location to not return money for unused mileage and equipment, not only that but charge me an extra 46.50. I will avoid this location at all cost with all the future business I do in that area.
Marcos SThe TRUMP signs all over the place make it anything but inviting. Just leave politics aside from your business please. It took longer than we had anticipated to process us but it was fine. The location is the best in State College for convenience but it's a negative experience whenever we go there.
