Michael SThe pickup location was great and the equipment was clean and looked great! My trip was from State College to Havertown. The transmission wasn’t shifting properly and it made my trip longer and more stressful. At drop off I was told the pickup location should have tested and caught it.
FRANCIS CI had an issue with the Uhaul website. When I revised my initial reservation simply for a time change, the website changed my reserving location. Luckily Stoicheff’s was able to resolve the conflict and I received my van.

David SI was told I could return after hours and complete the rental online easily through the app. When I tried to do so I could not find my rental or a related option to complete the rental (return truck) and was charged $20 as an after hours fee. Then I was told I had to dispute through U-Haul to get the money back, which is ridiculous. It’s not my fault, and i was told the app works for 98% of the people in a very arrogant tone, as if I’m stupid. Not happy at all, and I expect to be reimbursed the $20 by U-Haul.
Bernard BFirst trailer that was delivered had a broken axle. A replacement was then rush delivered and it was missing a tail light. Staff was friendly and awesome

Dennis DThis isn't Stoicheff's fault, but when I tried to return the truck and take pictures the website continuously would refresh. Eventually, I gave up and so I was charged a $20 convenience fee. I don't recommend returning after hours if you can help it.

Andrei CVehicle had finger nails from the last passenger in it; was dirty. Not the usual rented truck dirt, it needed attention. The owner of the location is not customer friendly, he could use some training on pleasantries for customers and how to talk to his own employees.

kristen rThe young man behind the counter was nice and he went out to check my truck and make sure it was in good shape and I had filled the gas up. He came back after ten minutes and told me I was set. They seemed nice there too and it was easy to get in and out of with a 15 foot truck.

Alex BIt was a smooth drop off. The building had a leak in their roof with water puddled inside. I was greeted at the door by their cat.
