Pick up was quick and the representative was very helpful in assisting us with getting the trailer connected and ensured all of the lights were operational. We have used this location a number of times, and the service is always top-notch.
Bonnie AStore was dirty and the man working there seemed exasperated with any questions we had during pick up but he was more curteous on the return. We also didn't feel all his political signs were appropriate or professional nor representative of UHaul.
Jennifer BLose the Trump paraphernalia—why would you want to publicize the fact that you are easily conned?. It almost feels like the U-Hauls are an afterthought at a hardware store. Not much room in the lot either. But I must admit, the guy who helped me was helpful and clearly knew his stuff.
Brent OMy only suggestion for improvement is to remind customers that they should take pictures of the truck before leaving the pick-up site, along with the mileage and fuel gauge. At some point around pick-up, I had received a text reminding me to do this, but I did not see this until much later, and did not do this...but I should have.
