Didn’t appreciate political signs so prominently displayed!
TRACY DUnknown to me I was rented a truck with no working tail lights. I picked up the truck near closing time so the employee did not do a walk around with me. He simply handed me the keys, pointed to the truck then left. About 1/2 through our trip my wife called me and said I had no tail lights and only a right hand turn signal but no left hand turn signal. Due to this we were not able to drive a night and my wife drove behind me to help with safety. We had a 2 day rental so the next day we put in a road side assistance request and the service showed up and indicated it would take several hours to fix. We had to meet our moving help at our destination so we continued on, in the daylight, to our destination. It was very un-nerving knowing I was without tail lights but I had to keep my schedule to meet the movers and complete ethe move. I called customer service after I returned the vehicle and I requested at least a partial refund. Waiting to see if that happens
