My only suggestion for improvement is to remind customers that they should take pictures of the truck before leaving the pick-up site, along with the mileage and fuel gauge. At some point around pick-up, I had received a text reminding me to do this, but I did not see this until much later, and did not do this...but I should have.

Easy drop off
