To rent a truck we have two days to give it back and I was given a tight deadline to return it for no valid reason.

The owner/employee was disrespectful to others. There were two Asians students who were not native speakers and struggling with their English and he was disrespectful to them, even raising his voice. This is not befitting of U-Haul.
