The man I spoke with picking up the truck was super rude and misogynistic. He upcharged me on things I specifically did not want on my order and didn’t give me a choice otherwise. I’m glad I had my boyfriend with me or I would’ve been super uncomfortable. Definitely going to benner pike location next time.

JEAN-PIERRE MWe have used this location consistently and every time, we say we will try someplace else next time. It is the closest to us, thus our continued patronage. The HUGE Trump flags and political statements are hard for us, even as we support our president, but not the country's polarization, we prefer good governance, strong service and a good business model to overt politics that further divides. The service people here are unresponsive. They do not care about the business and have no positive attitude. Getting in and out of the parking lot is difficult. They need to do more to clear out spaces for people to come and go or see if there's a way to get a circular drive around back to allow people egress. We were parked in at one point for a long time waiting for someone else to move. This was a waste of valuable time and no one in the shop seemed to be watching or caring that this was happening. We are summarily unimpressed by this location and will try somewhere else if there is any other option that's not 20 miles away.

FRANCIS BDrop was quick and easy. Only issue is that there isn’t really a spot to park the truck in the process of dropping off which made it tricky.

RICHARD ROwner was very nice and hooked up the trailer and confirmed all the lights where working on the trailer after he found a bad "Trailer lights" fuse in my truck's fuse box,and replacing it with a spare.
PHILLIP FI was charges 200 dollars for boxes and packing equipment I did not order.
JESSE MI noticed a damaged ( unsafe sliced.with steel belt showing) on original vehicle. A new vehicle was assigned immediately.

DALE LHave an employee that isn’t arrogant and tell me I have an inability to follow directions for unhooking a trailer myself, dirtiest store I’ve seen in a long time, and an all around piss poor service.

EORE MI was already on the road when In realized the passenger side mirror wouldn’t stay in place and I had no vision on the right side for merging traffic ect… I had to stop and buy a bungee cord just to keep it in place. The staff were helpful other than my drop off location. I gave them the address I was going to but they never changed my drop off location and it was 55 miles away so I had to make calls to move it closer. U-Haul needs to look at the policy of charging Customers mileage just to drop off the truck. That should be part of the destination mileage. I don’t like being charged mileage that I had to incur just to drop the truck. On my previous rental earlier this month I dropped a truck off with more gas than when I started but U-Haul doesn’t compensate Customers for that it’s in the FINE print. However U-Haul does charge customers if the gas isn’t at the same level. That should be compensated or your trucks should always start with a fulll tank. Giving someone a truck at a 1/4 tank seems like Haul's way of getting free gas 🤔
JAMES LPersonnel at this location was fantastic. Location was fantastic.
PATRICK LThe app did not work properly and frequently froze. I had to call the support line to have them go through the rest of the process. Since I wanted a 5:30 AM pickup, I had to wait until support opened at 7 AM (all times EDT). Even while on the line with support, the app would continue to freeze, but at least I could get underway. During the return process, the app again would frequently act up, often not accepting required photographs, forcing me to retake the same photo over, as much as 8 times.

Ford PDropoff location was closed, so didn’t interact with any staff. They had placed cones in the lot blocking off the rear half and I had to move them just to find a spot to leave the truck. The App glitched on 2 of my truck photos making me retake, but overall the mobile turn in worked well

DORA SNot sure if this is Uhual policy or this location but we asked if we retuned the U-Haul a day early if we could get credited for the one less day and were told no. Disappointing
William SThis was a smaller lot than the one I had come from, and I never made it in the door. Someone greeted me in the lot to disconnect the trailer and move it into position. I used the app to complete my portion of the turn-in. Efficient!
