As with All your Locations, Mobile Pick up S U C K S !!!!! I am a former Corporate Manager, and the way this is set up is appalling. When I worked, this would have people being fired for this CLUSTER F**K operation, you call "Good Service". It takes 1 to 1.5 hrs. every time to pick up with My Mobile, because YOU refuse to properly staff your facilities for in person pick up, refuse to pay your Workers, and Make Us do Their job, Inspecting the vehicle, verifying mileage, odometer, condition, cleanliness, etc. I had to do all this on Friday 12 /5/ 25 in 9 DEGREE weather, walking in snow around the truck. It took me 1.5 hrs to get through the Process, because again at ALL your locations the Internet Connections S U C K. I input the various needed info, and all the app or site does, is keep BUFFERING BUFFERING BUFFERING/SPOOLING SPOOLING SPOOLING, and then GOES Right Back to the Beginning, and makes one START THE EFF, ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!! I had to call Your 1 800 Cust Svc Number to have a Rep help me and she had me do a Crap load of Resets on Location function on my phone, which showed it was ALWAYS on Anyway, and then she finally completed the order overriding my having to take ALL the Various Photos of the Exterior in the FREEZING Cold 9deg Temps, which is REDUNDANTLY Ludicrous, Time Wasting and Irrational as I take YOUR added COLLISION INSURANCE. I get APOLOGIES UP THE Wazoo from all your Phone Reps but in the end YOUR F-TARDED Overpaid Executives REFUSE to do anything to REMEDY all these INFURIATING ISSUES, for fear of cutting into their EFFING Martini Lunches, or Golf Game. BTW/ The Cargo door FROZEN shut and covered with Ice and Snow. After getting to my destination, I had to punch along the bottom of the Door to free it up. OH!! And the Return Process is as Equally a CLUSTER F**K, time wasting and infuriating, ESPECIALLY after 13.5 Hours of Moving.
