Tire was low on air with a warning light on when I got the truck. Had to fill it and it still went below. Something wrong with that tire.

Very good customer service and helpful in time of need and urgency
Olawale AThe check in process did not work as we were not given the lock box code and we were trying to figure everything out for an hour which cut into our time slot. Even before that, the app wasn’t letting me go through the check in process. Thankfully, the owner at Stone Empire kindly assisted us otherwise, we’d be stuck. I don’t think I’ll be using u-haul again.
Alexander PI was supposed to pick up from the Queensway and this was changed the morning of my pick up. I woiud always have the option to speak with someone in person vs. the app/having to phone but there was no one located at this location.
