Everything was fine for the first time renting a truck at Uhaul. The only minimal situation was to return to location point to get the dolly equipment because was not inside the truck.

gabriella sYes my experience with the location I picked up .was not helpful in any way .with dolly lhe equipment was in poor maintenance. And the people who rented to me where not people friendly. And not helpful. It's way all about money. I wasted time trying to get the straps free from dooly wasted time. It should have been ready for me to put on my car .the man wanted $40 to do it .but did it my self .but the pully crank was need of oil or something to make easy to work with. Equipment had alot of RUST NO I wouldn't recommend to a friend. THANKS.

Jessica SThe location had the truck ready at our appointment time and the check-out was efficent and complete. We were on our way the 26 foot truck in 15 minutes. We had very effecient moving helpers and the job was complete earlier than expected. When we returned the a day earlier than reserved the check-in was quick and we were on our way. Overall this was a plesent experience.

ALEXANDRE DUhaul app did not work properly when returning the truck. It stoped working when I was about to take the pictures. I had to call Uhaul to check if the check out had was ok.

Yazeed NI would recommend location based on convenience in travel, however the vehicle was defective on so many levels! The gas tank kept ejecting the gas and would not fill up! The side door on the van was hard to open and then during driving it flew open on its own.
