David M.The location had no indication that it was affiliated with u-haul so I drove around looking for the right place to drop trailor and finally I drove thru gas station and saw a u-hail key box .

Julie E.The pick up location was not helpful. He could not find the key to the truck and took care of many other customers before me even though I was first in line. I did not get the 20 clean blankets for the move and did not get the hand truck or dolly as I had prearranged. He told me he did not have blankets and that it was not his problem. After my insistence, he finally gave some old dirty blankets that he threw on the floor and told me to pick up since he was disgusted with my request for clean blankets, tow dolly and hand truck (requested at time or rental one month ago). I would never go there again. I have rented may trucks from UHAUL and have always had a good experience. This was the worst treatment I had ever received. I would recommend that this contractor be removed from the list as they do not exemplify the UHAUL reputation. I hope they remove the charges for the hand truck, dolly and 20 clean blankets from my bill. I have pictures of the dirty blankets that were thrown on the floor in a pile.
MICHAEL J.This was a key drop location. Could not get a receipt that I delivered. Ended up at Compass self storage in Whitsett. They were very helpful and contacted the area manager to move truck to them. Got a receipt at that time. Thanks, Compass.
JAMES V.I was suppose to get a dolly but I didn't. I need to be refunded for that equipment please.
Michael M.I reserved the truck online however still had to wait 20 minutes for station attendant to give me the key. This location didn't appear to have access to my reservation on their system.
Steve D.I had to call 800 number 3 x to get truck picked up. It took me 2 hours and people I had to help left and now I have to do it again tomorrow. They are new and it was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I posted online and will contact the BBB
