It's by design with the Unattended system, but there was literally no info on how to process this. The cell service was hit or miss and the U-Haul app kept glitching on identity verification. I also was unaware that a second or third ID was necessary for pickup through this system. I just got lucky I had two people with me who could answer the phone to verify who I was. It was a mess. Oh and whomever rented last time misrepresented their gas level on dropoff (and apparently no one verified), leading to me getting an extra $35 charge at dropoff. Luckily, I took a geotagged/date-stamped picture before I drove away from the pickup location. There were two highlights: 1. The truck was great. No concerns or issues. 2. (see drop off)
