We had a 9am pick up time. The truck was not there. We had to drive an hour away to Windsor to get a truck. We booked a month early so everything would good well. It went anything but wellRon H.

It took me over a hour to rent the truck and my gas was definitely overcharged. I don't believe that 20 miles even in a truck like that possibly cost $57. Service was terrible.Tara P.

For once make sure the truck doesn't stall 2times on you, was supposed to get the truck at 2, didn't get it till 5, , when I got there he send to another location cause he said it was the wrong one , then when I got to another location they told me that I was at the right location the first time he just didn't check ,then when I went back to the location again , he a totally looked and he was wrong for not looking then he had the oddosity to daid it was my fault for not given him the right info, how your company stays in business is beyond my understanding ,and Al's start taking responsibility for your mistakes instead of passing the fault to everyone else but your self , sincerely never again jose .Jose V.

I paid $10 for furniture moving blankets but none were provided. The clerk at the convenience store told me that he would call UHaul and get the charge taken off but he clearly did not do it because the clerk at the drop off location had to do it instead. He was otherwise helpful.Evan R.

The truck was great but the Gentleman that helped us, your U-Haul representative, was FANTASTIC. He explained things perfectly and was incredibly polite. It was as though I were receiving service from a concierge at the finest hotel. I'm sorry I do not remember his name. He is a fine ambassador for your company. I truly hope that I never move again as long as I live, but if I have to, I will use this location again.TIM L.

We made our reservation for a U-Haul truck over the Internet. The owner at Stop 42 wanted to charge more than the Internet price. We had to call Jonathan at the Dougall location to straighten things out. Jonathan was honest and great to deal with. He offered us a $50 discount for returning the truck to the same location.JOE A.

The location is a busy gas station with one attendant . This negatively affected the quality and timeliness of the transaction. Attendant was nonetheless friendly . Would recommend the location.MEL P.

Couldn't help with recommending closest drop off location in London had to call your number for London and hold for ten minutes. The mileage was to be adjusted if I didn't pick up in Essex but I do not think this was done. Also your traffic personnel quoted me a price of $189 but I was charged $240.LISA B.

I arrived to drop off my trailer and found office closed! I did manage to have someone who was doing some car body work in the company's shop sign off on my return. It appears that the return was never entered into U-haul's system as I subsequently rec'd both phone calls and emails asking me where the trailer was located. I had to go back out to the company some 6 days later to have them enter return into U-hauls system. Terrible service from the start to finisih with respect to this rental and i will surely not recommend U-Haul to anyone!MARK I.
