Everyone was great, they explained everything and it was hassle free, I would recommend this Uhaul location to everyone. Glad someone did something great to that old location, it was idle for sometime under another Company....Now it looks fantastic, clean and inviting to do business there. try having better customer service. not only did you do a shitty job reserving my rental, i had to sit on hold for three hours to get told shitty service was not a good enough reason to get a discount and then to top it all off you tried to double charge me for my shitty rental

Not much... the showroom was a bit congested with moving boxes... but you are a moving company.. So that should be expected ? Maybe not so close to the help counters. Just needs a little 5's in the showroom..

I felt unwell in the vehicle upon entering it and it smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke. Within an hour I was unable to breathe and had a terrible headache and had to use my rescue inhaler due to respiratory distress. Upon further inspection I found an ashtray full of cigarette butts in the truck. I have an extreme sensitivity to cigarettes and because this truck was not cleaned I became dangerously compromised. I had to remove the ashtray myself and find somewhere to wash it and Doing this exacerbated my reaction . Apart from this. When I picked up at this location I was told I would have 200 extra km to allow me to make my move at no additional cost yet when k returned the truck this had not been entered into the system. Lastly after be g told a dolly would be in the truck, a dolly was not in fact placed in the truck so I had to make a trip back to the location on a day where time was precious as I had to load my home and make a 7 and a half hour move. All in all pretty disappointing.

Many of the marker lights were not working on trailer. This is unsafe. The jack on the tongue on the trailer was so rusted I could barely turn it.

Ok everything, with my storage unit was great until the day we moved out of it. So, I pay every 6th of the month. I paid in FULL for the month of June; on June 6th. I also had a rental truck booked for June the 8th, upon arrival on June 8th to get my truck, I told the cashier at the U-Haul, that after this month I will also no longer need my storage unit and would like to cancel it. So, he did cancel it, right then in there. So when I went to swipe my card to get into the rental unit I was denied access, and I spoke with them and the said " oh sorry, I didn't realize it wasn't empty yet, you'll have to have someone come out and swipe in to let you in everytime you need stuff out of there. It was clear, I was getting the truck.. to empty most of it out today also I was locked out for the rest of June I paid for the full month and got 2 days access Because he cancelled it, and he said there's nothing he can do. absolutely nothing. So I was extremely dissapointed and annoyed at the fact I paid for the full month and got denied access, because they made a mistake. They did absolutely nothing to help

The person behind the service desk when we arrived to pick up the vehicle was very unfriendly. Unfortunately did not get his name. If you want people to return you should really have better customer service.

I reserved the truck from Friday to Monday. When we picked it up they told us we could only have it for 24 hours which is ridiculous. We had to return the one truck and go to another location the next day and pick up another one. They charged us 200$ for the first one and another 160 for the second one. I could of hired movers for less money. So thanks for the horrible experience.
