To All, I received the bill for my rental. Please let it be known that I rented the vehicle for about 6 hrs. I returned the vehicle after 1 PM on Saturday and was told that they'll send me my receipt later on that day. Well, I got the receipt, but they are charging me for 2-day rental. Why? I don't know, maybe a mistake or an oversite. Please credit my account to reflect the 1-day rental and not the 2-day rental as listed on the receipt. They were 2 people at that pick-up/drop/off location who witnessed the rental. please check their cameras as this clearly will show that I'm correct. Thank You, Robert ColonRobert C.

I got charged for renting items however they weren't even available. I selected mobile pickup but since items weren't available I had to go talk to the people that worked inside which took 40 minutes because of their â€œslow computerâ€. Absolutely ridiculous this was the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul.Carli K.

This was terrible. The location was terrible and they did nothing to explain how this service works. They billed the wrong amount and still have no corrected. Will not use uhaul again.Aaron D.
Whe returning the trailer less than 24 hours after renting I went to return trailer on app as I usually do and the bill wasn't correct. The owner said don't worry you will get the correct bill via email. I recieve email several days later showing same wrong bill. Good morning, I do not understand why I am being charged more than what I was expecting. I did not have a pleasant experience with U-Haul as it was my first time. I contacted U-Haul to confirm availability of a box truck in which I was setup for reservation. I arrived to the designated area (1171 Sunrise Highway) which was a gas station and was told that I have to see their boss first which I had to drive to another gas station (257 bay shore Rd) to setup the pickup. This was out my way and wasted my time/gas. Then drove back to where the truck was and the guy had the keys originally. Got in the box truck and the truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas left. Luckily, I wasn't driving too far. After completing my move, I drove back to where I picked it up and filled gas which brought it back to 1/4 tank of gas it originally had. Now when I saw the bill for the day after completing my return, I see a fuel charge of about $40 which I don't understand why I'm getting charged for gas where I already paid for gas, how it was in the first place (see attached photos of when I first picked up and dropped off). Pictures show the beginning/ending mileage with the same amount of gas according to the fuel gauge. Also, I was told on the phone that daily charge is $20, but to the receipt, I am being charged for $30. I am honestly disappointed with the U-Haul service after going through the hassle in picking up the truck and getting charged for fuel where the truck already low at the start. Lousy customer service, the truck had some items from other people, and was full of broken glass. There were no furniture pads in the truck, nor I did not ask for them or the dolly, but I was still charged for them. The truck itself had was a hunk of junk as well. I would never rent from this location again. Very disappointing experience.Renee W.

This guy honestly didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Big red flags all over: gas station looks unkempt, took forever to get my reservation onto his screen, he even walked away to help someone else while I was still in front of him waiting to get my truck. He misunderstood my ending location to put down that I was driving WAY further than I told him and got overcharged as a result. I even showed him my original reservation and he barely looked at it.Kimberly M.

they charge me for 2 days pick up around 9am and drop off before 1pm same day and this guy charge me for 2 days and the fuel was 1/10 above half level and I bring it the same level and change me 38.00 for fuel not me again with these crooksJOEL M.

We will never be using a uhaul every again. We had so many issues with our reservation and are still having issues and patiently waiting for an area field manager to get in touch with us. The Stop and Fuel gas station we used to pick up the rental incorrectly charged us for not having enough fuel in the rental when we have records showing that we put in exactly what we received the rental with. The man at the stop & fuel was very nasty, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get someone from uhaul on the phone. Customer service wait times are absolutely ridiculous, I waited an 1 hour and 8 minutes to speak to a representative and they told me they were sending our report out to get investigated and we still have not heard back. The first time uhaul messed up our reservation and the stop and fuel claimed they never had our reservation even though I had a confirmation email. ( waited another 45 minutes to speak to someone and she couldn't tell me why there was an issue) We are patiently waiting our refund.Glenn D.

Had a reservation for 3pm, tried started check in through app. App stated location was closed(it wasnt) took clerk nearly an hour get me the rental. Also I waived the insurance and I see I was charged for it. Plus it took a day to charge me, I should have found out when I returned the can what the charges were so I could have disputed it right there!
