Great customer service, friendly. This is the first time the store did not hook up the trailer to the vehicle. Luckily they had a device to crank the tongue up to the receiver to attach the trailer. The 6'x12' trailer is very heavy, I do have back issues, if the store didn't have the device to kuft the tongue up, there would be no way I would be able to lift it onto the ball of the receiver. I did not like having to return the trailer to a different location, it was an hour away from my house. Nobody was at the dilapidated run down "store". I called the number on my sheet provided by the store I rented the trailer from, no answer, I had to manually lift the trailer off my vehicle. I ran a huge risk of messing my lower back up. I called uhaul to verify leaving the trailer at this location, I had an hour wait to get an agent on the phone. Why an hour to return a trailer but a new rental only takes 5 minutes or less to talk to an agent? I know why, you got your money quickly, now let's not have enough support staff for distressed customers returning the trailer, right. Uhaul, you can do better. The store employees are friendly, the trailer was vlean, it looked like new tires on the trailer.

DONYIA AThe additional fees and taxes were not clearly explained when reserving the truck. There was no dolly, and it was not explained there would be an additional charge to request one. (A dolly should be standard for a moving vehicle.) The positive thing I can say about this experience is that the truck itself was clean and well maintained, and I can say the person who gave me the keys to the rental was very kind.
