Process was horrible as I initially booked a truck at another location to arrive on time to the truck not being available due to lack of previous customer return.This caused a time loss rather delay in my moving process from 8:30am-9:30am. Arrived at stop and go simple pickup interior of truck smelled from lack of cleaning evident on the sticky residue in the cupholder. I was charged for 2 gallons of gas upon return when I brought the truck back past the 1/4 hand it was set to at time of pickup. I also have dated picture proof as this is not the first time these mall businesses try to upcharge or make up for the loss of revenue for the sake of their small business especially in this economy. Not invalidating the upgrade for the inconvenience the truck provided by stop n go needs an alignment ASAP. The steering wheel is misaligned which is difficult to drive but in my situation I had no choice. I was not expecting perfection but was also not expecting it to be this difficult of an experience overall. Glad to not have to rely on lack of inventory or up keep from these two locations in the future. Thank you for the service and hopefully things will be better for the next customer/consumer. Wishful thinking this actually gets the visibility it deserves. Small businesses representing a larger company but providing poor quality and up charging should be investigated by the BBB.

TRACY HThis was a new outlet for Uhaul. It was a service station. The attendant was very nice, but had no experience. He tried very hard to please me, but apparently he had not had training. The process for was slow. The license plate lamp did not work on the trailer. One of the chains was dangerously worn. He did not know how to safely hook up the chains, so I did it for him. No fault of his. He just had not been properly trained. Also, I had ordered 6 of the furniture pads, and this location did not have any pads at all. I had to go to another location and rent the pads. I have had similar experience with rentals at business that are not primarily U Haul.
James VI was their first customer to rent a U-Haul and tow trailer for a new servicing location. Excellent detailed customer service levels!
