Terrible expérience. The guy had me wait 1.5 hours for my booking. Then told me I only had 6 hours not 24. Then charged me extra for gas even though I booked a closer location and this location forced me to add 30kms to my trip. I will never use uhaul again.

They kept taking pictures of our personal info with their personal cell while getting trained on the phone. Would never go back there again. We’ve rented from UHaul before no issues but would not go to their affiliate locations Stop Shop ever again.
