Pickup time was 8:00AM. No one was there until 8:15. Had to hitch up the trailer myself. Inside floor of trailer was covered in mud. No one checked the lights. Employee was rude upon returning trailer.

Had to wait almost 2 hours after my reserved time. Was told that I'd receive a discount because of that. Never received that. I declined online & in person the insurance multiple times but was still charged. Will never rent from this location again and quite possibly from U-Haul ever again. Very disappointing.
