Had issue with my hitch, the gentleman who helped me went out of his way to fix the issue, even though he was very busy. Best experience I've had renting anywhere.

Charles MDo not change pick up locations of the U-Haul rental so close to the pick up date. It put me in a real bind. Also, the employee at the stop and save carry out pick up location didnot know how to assist me for the U-Haul rental pick up.

Troy MI had ordered a dozen packing blankets which this location did not have. I was never refunded for their rental and were it not for the good service I received when I returned the trailer, I'd likely have been charged for them. This location made no effort to correct the issue.
