Joseph SExplain how to use the app. I was thrown off by the link and it didn’t have me go to the app to record the odometer reading. I just turned the keys in but i didn’t realize that I needed to record the odometer and it was too late because I’d already locked the vehicle.

Cheryl GDon’t let them have your credit card new rule Can’t rent with out one! Yah”because they charge more when you bring it back. With me more than what they said it would be in the first place when I got there! Told me a special rate so that I wanted to use them instead of another rental. With package deal on my miles flat rate for over the miles I was going. Don’t believe them go somewhere else! Because when you get there to the rental they might not even have a truck as for me they did find one for me. Thank you! But there won’t be no special deal as they said it would be to late for me to make other plans. And now they need your credit card so they can charge you even more very disappointed never again. And when they call you when you have a dispute over the payment after adding even more changes for what? Also with out even knowing what the extra changes are? Then they call me back after I dispute the charges they have with a unknown number. I called back thinking it could be them. It was, so when you call that number back to find out who called You? It’s U Haul they say they have no idea who called you and then also no voicemail left from them” on who called? They has become a scam. I’ve been renting from them in the same state same place over 35 years nothing like this has happened before it was what they quoted me I am so hurt and disappointing that I have tears and my heart is broken. close to $300 over what I was Quoted. They said at the time Oh it would be the same it’ll automatically give you that best price we quoted you two weeks prior no worries they said! Oh and now there’s a new rule also you must have a credit card in order to rent our trucks why? I see to charge you more after you bring it back. I thought they needed the credit card because people were not paying there bill. Wrong they need to charge you more! So shame on you! U HAUL!! Greediness will only make you fall! Amen.

Gregory FMake uhaul customers as important as storage facility customers. We to wait outside in the heat while the one employee left the building to see to storage facility customers. Have usable equipment. We rented a dolly but couldn't use it due to it's poor condition. Be Accurate!! We returned the uhaul on-time. The employee didn't check it in for hours and charged us for another full day. EXCESSIVE CHARGES! I ASKED FOR THE BILL WHEN I TURNED IN THE KEYS AND WAS TOLD NO! The next day my credit card was overcharged $73. I called the location numerous times but never got an answer. I finally got the issue resolved by calling uhaul directly. They were professional and corrected the problem without any issues.

Peter ZDo not use the Stor It site to rent. They check in theor vehicles late so that you have to pay another days rental fee. Hoping you do not notice it on the bill. When you contact them they refer you to U Haul corporate to get it resolved. The rental was dirty from the last person. I'll go to another U Haul rental place.

Jeremy EI rented an 8ft pickup truck. In the future it would be best to have them backed into parking spaces. When backing out I dented the front right drivers quarter panel. Just a small dent. If it would have been backed into a parking space I could have avoided it. And the extra cost.

MATTHEW MThe Vehicle was clean, but it's transmission is definitely going out. It took it awhile to get into each gear the whole time I was driving, but it did what it was supposed to. Would recommend.
Tyler wFor using your truck, for 3 hours & being charged for furniture pads, & 48 miles, it was $70?? I have my own insurance, didn't get any pads or straps or nothing. I feel this charge up being more than tripled, makes me feel like I was overcharged (ripped off). Maybe you need to explain all the charges, without a SURPRISE at the end!
SCOTT LStaff checked in my equipment late and overcharged my credit card. They were not very helpful when I called for clarification.

Colton DThe staff were friendly but did not explain the online process at all. Basically they said we’re going to text you and then you can text everything back and look at the truck make sure it’s OK. Then when I clicked on the link from the text message it was much more clear I wasn’t prepared to spend an extra 20 minutes doing things to cover myself from all the dents and dings on the truck. The truck was dirty on the outside and the truck was dirty on the inside.

Darrell HApparently I was signed up to do check out and check in thru mobile app but told nothing about it. Turned into big mess. Picked up truck via the outside box with code. Brother dropped off truck was told would be 1/2 hour to look at it so he left the key. Called twice by office. Loaded app but nothing there. Called 800 number twice and ultimately drove 40 min back to office and told they had taken care of it. Also told I should communicate better. Had tried at least twice to call the office and it went to voicemail. I did leave 1 message. This location understaffed to do truck rentals and storage rentals. If I want to rent a truck I will go to a U-Haul facility.

Jackie MYou guys billed me twice. When I spent 10 minutes on the phone finding out why you told me it happened to a bunch of people and I had to wait 7 to 10 days to get the money credited back. So now I dont trust giving out my credit card to you guys. Thanks for the inconvenience
