We were scheduled to pick the truck up before the office opened. Unfortunately the UHaul system was not working. We went back when the office opened and the employee was extremely helpful!

JODY HThe location and equipment were fine but I was charged for 6 gal of fuel when I drove the truck 13 miles so that would be impossible. It was resolved by U-Haul corporate. Apparently there are no safeguards in place to prevent absurd overcharging for fuel.
Joshua BI paid upfront 52 dollars and they still want to charge me an extra 72 dollars after advertising at 19 dollars flat rate.
Sylvester LWhen I picked up the truck there was less than 1/8 of a tank of gas in t! I went exactly one mile and was charged for 2 gallons of gas over and above the mileage charge! Why should I be penalized because the person before me didn’t put gas in the truck? I feel like I got scammed!
