Attendant was not helpful in providing information on a drop off location. I end up having to drop off the empty U-Haul truck to another location. Awful experience!

I wasn't expecting to keep the unit for as long as I did, however I liked the fact that I could. I asked a lot of questions before renting to make sure I would be happy there and I'm so glad I did. Brian was always helpful anytime I had questions. He even helped me with a mice issue and was honest and accommodating. He helped me remove them and offered to supply future prevention. I do think there should be restrooms in the office for staff and customers during office hours. I also think that there should be a dumpster on site (with monitoring and rules). I would definitely rent from this location again. It was very convenient and a great experience for me.

Employee on site was rude when we arrived several minutes early to wait for location to open. After I stood up to him, he became more tolerable. It's amazing how customer service is no longer very important.

That's very annoying that I as a customer paying quite a bit of money have to walk around and take pictures myself when I'm dropping it off. Isn't that what the agent gets paid to do?

Making the reservation on the same morning as the rental was easy. Rental truck was ready to go when we arrived.

The guy running the storage was nice. He helped me out when I needed my lock removed and replaced (for a fee, but still). Canceling once my unit was cleared out was easy. There was some confusion in the beginning. I thought my unit was on auto payment since I gave him a credit card to have on file. I shouldn’t have assumed because I received fees for late payment. Once I confirmed I’d like to be on autopay, everything was smooth. The location was convenient and clean. I rented a moving truck a couple times and that was smooth, as well.

That was a guy I think living in that storage and he just complains because I accidentally pull the office door I know it was close but i was getting frustrated with the people in the phone to get the key but if you rent a truck there dont pull the door cuz that guy gets mad i think for no reason

The truck ceiling leaked like a siv. all our stuff got soaked. The drivers side windshield wiper needs to be replaced. I could not see very well during the rain.

Easy pickup. Had trouble with the app during the return so i just dropped the keys in the box. The truck was exactly what we needed. I will come here again the next time I need to rent a truck.

The staff at this location was not customer friendly! I’ve been in business for over 35 years and this is one of my top ten worst experiences with customer service and not just on one occasion. I’ve rented from U-Haul several times and this location is not very nice in how they treat customers

Simple process to pick up and drop off a car hauler trailer. Equipment was in good shape and got our stranded vehicle home safely.

The tailoring system is dangerous with no trailer dolly to assist in connecting and disconnecting. The trailer also leaks. A moving company should have equipment that is more courteous to customers belongings.

Truck was beyond dirty , cab was dirty/ box was dirty truck pulled hard to right and shook at 55 mph I have rented several trucks/trailer’s from u haul in the last few months. This one was by far my worst experience

I had excellent service, the only complaint is that I left the gas tank at 5/8, which was required. I spent $25 and still was charged $9, and I don't believe the gentleman checked the gauge accurately. Thank you

Really easy process. I have used self rental before and the lock boxes at this location are much more user friendly! It was super easy to get in and out of as well. Was thankful for the pictures showing where the lock boxes were couldn’t see them right away.

Have inside dementions on your website upfront. I rented a 9by 5 that was only 45 inches inside demention. Paid for it but never used. Should not have 9x5 on trl if it's not. Will never use u haul again.

Why did the truck not have a ramp. The entire point of renting these trucks is for a ramp. Thought all uhaul trucks had a ramp, lower height, better than other companies. Where the fuck did the ramp go

I personally feel that the past two property manager that’s been in charge are not people friendly nor do they show great customer service skills. When your dealing with the public you have to be a little more professional and that was the main reason for me removing my belongings from the premises! I wouldn’t recommend anyone at this personal time. Maybe in the near future. Sorry I’ve been a customer of yours for over 5+ years and have dealt with several property managers to be able to voice this opinion without bias! My furniture was damaged from a ceiling leak. I lost a sectional, queen mattress, box spring, armoire, dresser, 2 night stands, a head and foot board for the mattress, and a mirror. Avoid at all costs
