ed R | Overall ExperienceThe guy running the storage was nice. He helped me out when I needed my lock removed and replaced (for a fee, but still). Canceling once my unit was cleared out was easy. There was some confusion in the beginning. I thought my unit was on auto payment since I gave him a credit card to have on file. I shouldn’t have assumed because I received fees for late payment. Once I confirmed I’d like to be on autopay, everything was smooth. The location was convenient and clean. I rented a moving truck a couple times and that was smooth, as well.

When your dealing with the public you have to be a little more professional and that was the main reason for me removing my belongings from the premises!
