No one was at location at pickup time-8:00 am. Had to call them, someone showed up at 8:30. The truck was dirty and only had 1/4 gas in tank. The guy there cleaned out the back but the cab had animal food on floorboard and animal hair all over the front cab. Also 2 Vape pens on the floorboard between the seats. They didn't have any blankets for furniture and was told I would have to stop by another location to pick blankets up. I had them cancel them. I was already behind having to go to Odessa to pick up truck, along with the fact I needed to put fuel in the truck. Then I get charged mileage at the end because of having to go to Midland to drop the truck off. Will not rent from this location again and maybe not from U-Haul. Very displeased with the service.

Easily the most convenient and helpful experience I've ever had
ALEXANDER MThey were unable to provide me with a printed rental sheet that shows how much fuel they say was in the truck when I picked up the truck. There was only 1/8 of a tank when I picked it up (33 miles to empty) they claim it had 3/8 of a tank. When I reserved the truck l estimate I would be driving about 40 miles, I only drove it 31. Short story long, they lied on the paperwork and adjusted the numbers to take the entire $100 deposit when I should have be receiving $35-40 back. It was returned with more fuel than they credited me for, and used less miles than estimated. I will never rent from this location again. I am a loyal U-Haul customer, have had a storage unit at another location for 3+ years now, rent trucks semi-regularly and have never had any issues much less this many issues.
