The truck was filthy. Looks like it hadnt been washed in months. The driver's side view mirror was loose and the vibrations of driving kept causing it to go out of adjustment.

The initial staff member who I checked in was not a pleasant experience he was slow and prolonged the process with minimal effort. The rental van I was assigned was missing the dolly I pre-rented, the interior cab of the van had dusty seats and the carpet was coated in a layer of animal fur. The staff member who helped me when I returned was nice.

The truck was dirty. The back was full of dirt, screws and nails. The cabin had empty Gatorade bottles and trash. The representative at the counter was rude and not interested in helping me with the rental.

The trucks check engine light was on, the dolly was not in the truck and we were charged for two days instead of the one day we used the truck. Very very unorganized and poor customer service.

Fist of all the U-Haul representative was rude and unhelpful. Second, I’ve paid for a dozen of blankets and representative said that he is out of blankets and can’t help. I need to call and change my reservation if I want to get money back. Third, truck was not moved from it tiny parking spot by the representative, he didn’t care about at all. I need to did it by myself and it may cause the U-Haul equipment damage. Fourth no gas in truck. Five truck was dirty as fuck. I never saw the U-Haul trucks that dirty.

You were not equipped with the furniture dolly I paid for. This almost completely defeating the purpose of renting a U-Haul. You also didn’t have any straps to secure anything, it’s a good thing I had rope. The only reason for giving two stars instead of one is that the customer service person at the front was understanding and professional.

The guy who works there has great people skills, is very knowledgeable and checks you in quickly knowing how busy everyone is. He did a great job and replied by phone when I left message if I left my eye glasses in the truck.

The guy was very unfriendly and seems to know nothing about customer service. He did not want to show me how to use the truck and remained vague in his answers, but I kept asking until I got explanations.

Picked up u-haul Friday morning. Completely filled the 10ft box truck. Drove 90 miles and engine light came on. Called the roadside assistance since we paid $60 for coverage for him to tell me it was safe to drive back full another 90 miles without even seeing it. They finally agreeing to have someone come look at it only after I said I didn’t feel safe driving it without someone looking at it. Someone came reset some codes told us what he did and told us to tell the location when we turned it in. So come today, went to turn it in, guy acted as if I didn’t know anything. I told him what we had happen and he told us we had to call - and I told him I did and this is what the tech told us to tell you so you know what happened with your vehicle. He was so rude and couldn’t have cared less if someone else rented it and had the same problem. Will have to think twice before renting from uhaul again even though I normally trust them all of that is lost and will never rent anything from that location again.

Advertised equipment but didn’t have any on site. Front desk assistant had terrible attitude and very snarky with the customers in front of me. Got charged extra for gas and cleaning fees when I filled the truck completely and swept the whole back. Also got charged with for equipment that they didn’t have. Overall experience was bad and the price at the end was horrible, considering I only used the truck for a couple hours with a total of 59 miles. I like U-haul but hated that whole interaction

No employees on site. Called the day before with a question, nobody called me back. Called the repeatedly while on site dropping off without answer. Took 5 days, multiple texts and calls to actually get both the truck and trailer checked in. Awful experience.

The van was very dangerous to drive on the freeway. It was going left and right even if my both hands were holding the steering wheel. Not very safe.

In decades of renting U-Haul equipment all over the country, this was by far the VERY BEST experience I've ever had. Chris anticipated and provided the additional equipment I needed on the front end, and was attentive in check-in on return. Painless, easy, quick, and happy to be of service. Other service providers would do well to witness first hand this location and Chris' service-first approach and attitude.

I reserved a truck with 12 padded blankets, and all they gave me were 3. I also reserved a utility dolly and they told me when I got there there wasn’t one available and I had to take the big appliance dolly.

First time this happened, so was probably just an over sight. But, when I got the 15ft truck, the right side view mirror was broken and not able to be adjusted correctly - I noticed this and called Chris to let him know and he suggested that I called the helpline to try to get it fixed. However, by that time, I was already at the storage unit loading up things, and I was ready to go and trying to adjust the mirror. And it was already getting late so I couldn’t spare the time. I feel it should’ve been inspected before I got it. So, that’s all. Otherwise, Kris and Teri are really wonderful to work with and I enjoy coming to this location because of the friendly employees. The truck had only 1 working headlight and the 1 that was working was very dim. As well, the truck was not available at the time I reserved it (did not open until 9:30) and they had only 1 dolly out of the 4 I reserved - caused my move to be significantly negatively impacted. And the place was stinky. But the agent was nice and I was able to extend the time with the truck easily. Love the app - made the process smoother.

Have the truck available that I had scheduled. I had movers waiting for me and charging me waiting time. Uhaul never informed me that the truck I had rented was not returned. How can I have a reservation booked a week in advance and then not have it available the morning I’m picking up? Terrible.

Hand Truck that I put a deposit on and was assured to be at location was not. You need better communication between U-Haul and the actual rental location. Also, no automated pickup via phone was available. Clerk on duty Sunday the 29th was surly and unhelpful.

When I arrived for my reservation, the truck and the keys were not there at 9 AM. I come to find out later that someone had broken in the truck I was supposed to rent. It was Sunday so I had to wait till 11:30 till en employee arrived. She was gracious and kind and offered me another truck but I was already 3 1/2 hours behind and I missed out on a $300 job. Other than that everything went well. I expect a full refund. Thank you. Robert Eades

Your mobile app has SERIOUS issues and is not user friendly. Also the vehicle seemed to have some type of transmission issue and never felt like it shifted into the right gear even though it was in drive.
