MARCOS MMileage wrong, fuel wrong, u-haul dirty, terrible customer service (phone, since no one was to be found when dropping off, waited 1hr+). Still got over charged. Expecting full refund.
Alison LI ordered a Dozen furniture pads. Upon arriving I was told they didn't have any and would remove the fee from my bill. Had I not had some other blanket available to me at the time, my furniture could have been damaged. If an item is offered on the Uhaul site, it should be available at the selected location, or not made available for selection in the reservation process.
