This location was great. However, i had a 15' truck RESERVED to be picked up at 12pm at a different location amd they only had a 10' truck.

How U-Haul Reviews Workpickup and drop off was fast and easy

Salvatore ZDaniel, the employee at the storage facility, was great. It was in no way his fault that U-Haul added both a dolly and furniture pads when I did not ask for them - he even made sure to call U-Haul to ensure I was not charged for them. He also updated the mileage when I returned the vehicle so I paid less than the quote, which was great. The vehicle condition was not great, there were several warning indicators on the dashboard when I started it up: the Window Washer Fluid Low indicator did not bother me that much, even though it was raining, but I had to put air in the tires myself, at my own expense, because the air pressure was low enough to set off warning lights in the vehicle. I generally expect better from U-Haul but has been a few years since I rented from them.
Phil CTried to check in using the app - froze and was not responsive despite having strong cell signal. Had this been after hours it would have been a real problem.
