The pick up site representative shouldn’t be stuffing his face full of food while we’re there at 9:35am to pick up. Food should’ve been consumed before clocking in. Also he took his time to process the pick up due to eating his food. The total time to pick up the truck took more than 20 mins. Let alone the 10’ truck we rented was out of service but marked available to rent. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a scheduled pick up.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location was great. However, i had a 15' truck RESERVED to be picked up at 12pm at a different location amd they only had a 10' truck.

Salvatore ZDaniel, the employee at the storage facility, was great. It was in no way his fault that U-Haul added both a dolly and furniture pads when I did not ask for them - he even made sure to call U-Haul to ensure I was not charged for them. He also updated the mileage when I returned the vehicle so I paid less than the quote, which was great. The vehicle condition was not great, there were several warning indicators on the dashboard when I started it up: the Window Washer Fluid Low indicator did not bother me that much, even though it was raining, but I had to put air in the tires myself, at my own expense, because the air pressure was low enough to set off warning lights in the vehicle. I generally expect better from U-Haul but has been a few years since I rented from them.
