Upon arriving to get my u-haul, the representative was rude. The hours of operation for this location are until 6. I arrived at 5:30, rather than 5:00 for my reservation, due to unforeseen circumstances. The representative said she had somewhere to be, and she was waiting for me, rather than the close of business. She also informed me there was not a dolly to rent, even though it was confirmed in the reservation. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. Thank you.Adam C.

Don't charge customers arms and legs. Be willing to give customers some of there money back if they didn't go over their mileage especially if they are driving a long distance Friendlier/Prompt workers The workers need to be aware of their surroundings and respect customers time Don't have customers waiting for over 15-20 minutes because you stopped to assist someone else in the process You guys have to do better with at least showing customer appreciation send out coupons for discounts You need to notify customers when you change information on their reservation Just be plane out respectful My experience with Uhaul was an irritating one I didn't like some of the serviceShayntel R.
Do better about informing what equipment will be needed before you pick up a trailer. I had never pulled anything before and I wasn't aware I needed to have a tow bar. I thought the U-Haul location would provide one. Thanks for an overall great experience!Calvin B.

Location was great and service there was excellent. Reserving through uhaul however was very frustrating. I made a reservation and had someone call a few days later to confirm my reservation and schedule pick-up. Within the next couple days my reservation was relocated to two different locations, each time moving it further out of town from my location. I had to call uhaul and explain the situation and they finally found a closer location with the trailer I needed the day before.adam H.

The original location where I was supposed to pick up my trailer did not have the trailer. The previous renters did not return it on time. I ordered mattress bags online, and I had to drive to a different uhaul a couple of miles away to pick up mattress bags that were in the original store I started at. However, I could not get them at the original store unless I paid for them and they would not refund my online order if I did that. This was ridiculous. The third location where I actually picked up my trailer (177 Pruitt Lane) was much more helpful and easy to work with.Lauren C.

I had originally had pick up scheduled at the pearl main store. I had been sent emails from Uhaul confirming a pick up at 3:00. When I got there the lady there was very rude and said that her log showed a 5:00 pickup. I asked why would I be getting emails showing 3:00. She said all she went by was her log, she didn't really seem to care. I then asked if there was somewhere else I could get the trailer because I was on a limited time frame. She found one close by but could not even give me a landmark of what it was close to. I was very disappointed in her lack of concern. However the location I picked it up from was excellent. I would recommend them over the main store any day. I'm concerned because I have another one reserved for the 10-12th of August and hope I don't have to go through this again.RONNIE T.

The person I spoke to by phone about my upcoming rental stated that although I had a rental contract, I would have to go to another location. When I got to the other location, the manager there said that the rental was back at the first location. I went to the original location and a rental was there. Although the trailer was in horrible condition, I was able to haul my furniture successfully.Allan F.

The 26' truck that i rented to go across country was the worst u-haul truck I have ever rented, this truck was not road worthy, It was fine until I loaded it and got on the road it sputtered and backfired the entire 900 miles, could barely go over 60 MPH, it took me 4 hours longer than the same trip I made in January and about 100 gal more in fuel, this truck should have never been rented out.Robert C.

I suggest that you not change your reservation at all. I needed to change my reservation by 1 day and it ended up costing me an additional $200 for one day.Christina H.

My order was canceled because they didn't have the trailer I ordered at the location I made the reservation for; so my order was canceled without calling me. I had to place a new order at another location upon arriving at the initial location. Luckily, there was another location nearby that had the trailer I made the reservation for. Uhaul was extremely unprofessional by not calling me before they canceled my order. I drove three and a half hours to pickup the trailer to move my belongings. But the young lady at my initial reservation location was extremely helpful and professional, after finding out my order had been canceled.Arthur M.
