How U-Haul Reviews WorkI received no help because it was an after hour drop-off. My reservation was changed from the location I chose closer to my home. The location I chose have actual workers to assist. This appears to be more of a pickup and drop-off location. I had to unload trailer and upload all the photos in the system per Uhaul request.
Derrick HEnsure that the contracted rental equipment is completely present. Ensure that the rental equipment is clean (no cigarette ashes left in cab).
Elise GIncredible customer service. I was and am extremely appreciative
