Danny DPlease see the review I sent with the truck rental, I commented on the old trailer that I pull to Atlanta and the challenge it was with a bad left tire. I stopped at a U-Haul in Auburn Al but they couldn’t help with the tire issue so I drove below speed and did make it but serval hours later then I intended.
James GThe U-Haul associate in Foley was all over the place with handling the agreement. When I asked about buying boxes with a whole showroom floor of them, she said they couldn’t sell them and I would have to go about five miles to another location to get boxes. Wow! I also had agreed to pull a cargo trailer back to metro Atlanta and they gave me what I thought was the oldest trailer in you’ll company fleet, and the left tire started to develop a bough. In getting the contract somehow the contract got switched from the truck to the trailer and vice verse, and instead of dropping the trailer where the truck was going I had to take the trailer to another location. The U-Haul associate at the Duluth location was very helpful and although she could not take the truck she did correct the contract numbers so it was easy to drop the truck off, hats off for her help yesterday morning.

Tara GGreat experience but the appliance Dolley and associated large package took up room that I could’ve used. Highly recommend that you take these items out of the back of the truck. If someone needs to rent these items, they can certainly rent them from the facility at pick-up.

Darien CSystem checks on each vehicle before renting out!! The van I drove auto flashed its 4 ways Twice on me out of no.where & i had to pull over to check it... and EVERYWHERE I went, Non stop, the computer said EVERYWHERE was a 25mph school zone... except for 1/4mile in front of a school that it said was a 90mph zone!!!
Michael CThe truck was fairly clean other than there was animal hair/dander all in the cab. I got it all over my clothes and I am severely allergic to pet dander. I had to ride 6 hours struggling with my allergies in regard to this animal dander. There were 2 colors of animal hair. I had a horrible headache, eyes swelled, and breathing issues as a result. It was a really bad situation.

Jason AWhen I got there a assistant came out to the lot while doing my check in added another dolly I only used that one but was charged for two the green strap was not cut the check in app did not work to take pictures of the truck and damage he said ya a lot of people rent on the weekend so that part of the app does not work the network can’t keep up returned the truck a day early but was charged for three days

ALCARIO AThe lady was extremely rude throughout the whole process. I was given no instruction on how to drop off and was not made aware that the location would be closed at the time scheduled for drop off. The app was also not working thought the process which then complicated it even more.

Dumitru GThe lady at the desk was super sweet and helpful. She gave excellent customer service. I was not happy when the manafer or whoever he was threw the key down counter and it flew off by the woman helping us. He said "here's the key"and threw it down the counter and walked off. I thought that was extremely rude not only to us, but the lady helping us with all we needed. I think he needs to work on his attitude and treating employees better. She looked like it wasn't the first time he's been a jerk. I felt sad for her. I think she was wonderful and hope she gets treated better and anyone else that works there. He definitely needs to work on customer service and attitude. Overall good experience with the lady who helped us!

ROBERT TEverything was great. Car hauler was already positioned for ease of access and hookup to my motorhome. Store manager wS very helpful with hookup and guiding me for loading my vehicle onto the trailer. As I indicated everything was great and timely.
