Easy in/out, dropoff instructions for the rentals are via the app made the contactless but I did have to go inside to drop off rented moving blankets per the location I secured the rental from and that was fine (albeit a surprise to the attendant.) (*no fault of the facility but) Be vigilant and watch out for yourself/your rented equipment as you enter and/or exit the facility as careless individuals that have no business driving or maneuvering trailers are afoot...

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAt first they didn't have my truck but Michael reserved one somewhere else. Then they got one in and Michael called me back because they were closer to me. I appreciate that kind of customer service.
ralph pCheck-in was super easy. U-Haul employee came out immediately to greet me, took my keys, and I was on my way. Check-in took less than five minutes and I received an email copy of my invoice the same day. I would highly recommend this facility.
