The windshield and front cab was completely covered with Bugs, so much so that I could barely see to drive it back home to load. It took over 1/2 to clean the windshield and side mirrors. Aside from that all was good. The desk person was great friendly and helpful.

Elizabeth DMr. Lonnie here at the Foley location was amazing! He went above and beyond in helping us. When we first got there he saw us struggling at the key box and came to assist us. Long story short In order for us to pick up our rental we had to go inside and he had to create a new rental. That came with its own problems because of the card type I was using. But Mr Lonnie went out of his way to call another store and get assistance in getting it taken care of! He was polite, professional and courteous! U-Haul needs more employees like him!
