I ordered the truck to be picked up at 7:00 AM, and called the night before to be sure the key would be in the drop box and ready to go the next morning. I was told yes it was. When I arrived the next day the key was not in the box, and I had to wait until 8:00 AM to pick the rental up. The U-HAUL also leaked in the top corner and got some of our boxes wet.

JAMES pThe windshield and front cab was completely covered with Bugs, so much so that I could barely see to drive it back home to load. It took over 1/2 to clean the windshield and side mirrors. Aside from that all was good. The desk person was great friendly and helpful.
