Start a recycle program where use U-Haul boxes can be donated and those who need boxes can come in and get them. This was being utilized in the Kokomo, IN store - great idea to implement.

Appears to be new store. Upon returning closing schedule had been changed. Was a few minutes late, but placed keys in drop box. Will use them again.

Uhaul had red clay dirt in cab and in back of truck. The back was locked with a u haul lock and there was no key to the lock. It took about 1 hour additional time to get bolt cutters and cut the lock. We were told the only solution was to call the 1 800 number or take back to the original location and get it cut off. The 1 800 number told us that they could send someone out and we would have to pay them and then get reimbursed. Poor customer service

With so many dealers near here, not much. Seems to be great availability. However,it seems not all locations are aware of all available resources. I found a trailer at a place in Robertsdale when I couldn’t find it online.
