At the drop off point the folks were more than helpful, if they had not been able to provide the equipment I needed, I am not sure what I would have done. These folks are top notch in my book, please give them my thanks.
ROBERT BThis location is the worst I have encountered from a uhaul. They are not knowledgeable of the equipment at all. They rented me this 6'x12' trailer assume me that my 5' cart would fit. I drove an hour to pick up my cart only to find out the 6' trailer was less than 5' in the rear and my cart would not fit. When I called for a solution they only said return that one to them with no refund or solution. When we returned the trailer Slad Mink was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife, he is not someone who should be customer facing as he has zero customer skills and was only looking to disrespect and insult us, and did not care about our situation. What should have cost about $50 ended up costing us $300 and 4 lost hours. This location "storage solutions in foley, AL " gives uhaul a black eye in that area. Slad knew he did us wrong as he refused to allow us to talk with his manager. I expect a full refund and an apology from uhaul.

ERIC BHaving the hand truck and bag of blankets permanently mounted in the truck is cheating the customer out of at least 72 ft² and makes loading larger items a pain and even unsafe sometimes. I know this is a corporate decision not the vendor so please have them all removed.

Robert DOne of the pins on the ramp gate of the trailer i rented was jammed. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I started to open the gate. The location was notified of the problem when I returned the trailer. Other than that, the experience was great overall.
CYNTHIA RTruck was dirty inside and out. Someone before us drew a penis in the dirt on the right mirror. My wife was not amused. First time I've ever rented a Uhaul without them doing a walk around with me. People were not very friendly.

KIMBERLY KI had to rent a truck twice one week . Both times the trucks had issues. The first one every time it shifted gears it would make a loud clunk. The second one would wind out forever before it would change gears.
ROBIN CYes wa they have to use U-Haul. I paid 1,700 dollars to rent a resister!!!!! I could have purchased one and sold it and probly saved money

JAMES MWhy was I charged and extra day? I returned on Saturday when I was supposed to but was charged an extra day. Please correct. Tried to call the location where I returned and phone was not in service.

SIGMOND AI paid for a 20-ft truck. Did not need moving pads or a dolly but was required to keep it in my truck which took up space in my U-Haul so I wasn't able to load all of my things. It was very inconvenient. That with the truck being excessively slow. Lastly the check-in process was not easy on the app or in person. Over all was disappointed.

KENNETH JI had a flat tire when I got to my destination.
JOEL HThe location and equipment per se, were not the issue. I made my reservation on line for a 15 foot truck, as close to Gulf Shores, AL. AT LEAST three times U-Haul changed the location to a different location, further away from my house. Twice I called and spoke with a live person to switch back to the original location or someplace closer than Foly, AL. The night before my early morning pick-up, not only did the location change again, but this time U-Haul also changed me to a smaller truck which could not accommodate my furniture and required me to make two trips which doubled my cost. I am NOT a satisfied customer and would appreciate a partial refund of the mileage for the second trip - 62 miles. Please refund the money as soon as possible. Questions? 251 599 1828

JAMES TVery convenient. All of the staff that I came in contact with took the time to hook up the trailer I rented and explained everything about it. They also took the time to explain the tire straps and safety chains.
MICHAEL SDrop off location staff excellent. Met me in the yard when I got out of the truck. Quick inspection. I was through in less than 10 minutes. Grest job.
KENNETH BI had a lot of issues with this truck. The brakes need to be checked and the engine really struggled. At times I could barely get past 20 mph. I had a service light pop up twice but then go off before I could see what needed to be serviced. The whole experience with this truck made this move way more stressful than it needed to be.

DENNIS PNo one told us it would still be in town if we was going over 450 miles!!! So we was charged for the truck and additional $133.57 and mind you it was brought back a day early and gas where it was suppose to be!!!
STACY MThese guys went above and beyond to help us out. I had problems with my draw bar and electrical. They spent the time and took care of all of it. They were a lot more than just helpful. They made sure everything was correct before sending us on our way back home which was 1100 miles away. I thank them for their care and understanding.
