The original rental was to be a one way from the 2182 Hickory St S. I received a call from the 15578 Co Rd 73, and was told I was to pickup the auto transport there . After about 1 1/2 hour it was decided by the location They couldn't rent it to me as the transport was going one way to Oklahoma. I had informed them of this when I arrived on location. I'm upset by this time!!! I was then told to go to 2801 S McKenzie St, Foley to pickup the transport. When I arrived at my home to load, I noticed a nail in th rt rear tire and called UHAUL and was told to bring the trailer back!! BS! I called th roadside assistance and A&B service was on it with in 15 minutes! Great service!! This whole ordeal was a Charley Foxtrot !!!! At least the receiving dealer in Oklahoma was knowledgeable! I will be sure to let social media know of my ordeal although I know nothing will come from anything I say or do!

RICHARD BRented the same 10' Box truck and it had the same tire sensor warning displayed. Clerk stated Corp. wont support the cost to fix. Truck ran well and was clean BUT if I did have a low/flat tire it would not be alerted to cabin.

SHERRY HHave rented several UHauls from tiny trailers to small trucks and this time the 26 ft truck with the auto transport trailer for my car. Everything went very smoothly and they were helpful when it came to load the car on the trailer and hooking it to the truck for a very minimal fee. The only thing that was a problem is that the side mirrors on the truck were not adjustable. I am a 5ft female and the mirrors were set to high for me. Made it difficult to see clearly when I needed to pass or merge.

CHARLES CRented a trailer to move a car. Very little instructions regarding loading, unloading and securing once the car was on the trailer. Was told to go to “you tube” if I had any questions.

Michael bPlease look at my original reservation for pick up at an Elberta, Al location. That location was a disaster. My scheduled pick up was for 9 am. They did not have a truck available because the truck they were going to give me was being dropped off but could not unload because they had rented a storage unit that was locked and nobody had a key. The had a truck available but said they couldn’t give it to me because it was “local”. I asked why they couldn’t make the truck that was originally assigned to me the “local” truck and reassign the available truck to me. They said they couldn’t do that. We had to find an available truck at the Foley, Al location.

STANCIL BMore parking for returning vehicles. There were too many vehicles to get my truck and trailer turned around.
ALICIA MTruck would rev up to 6000rpm before shifting other than the transmission issue the unit worked out fine for our local move.
