bit of food trash left behind passenger seat from previous renter but was quickly resolved by staff member on duty when informed of issue. Staff was extremely helpful and very informative to operations of vehicle, ramp usage, and gasoline scale to know how many gallons to put back into vehicle prior to rental return as well as pointing nearby gas station for ease of rental return.

The truck was a piece of junk. Someone had glued the locks back in. Seat wouldn’t move so it was almost impossible to drive. No cruise control so spent HUNDREDS in gas. Alignment was off so had to drive with arm at a weird angle. Could only go 3-4 hours before having to stop due to poor shocks and weird driving angles (seat and steering). USB jacks broken so got to listen to scratchy radio stations or nothing at all for 1800 miles. Truck and wind noise so loud could barely hear the radio anyway. One of the worst experiences I have had driving across the country and I’ve done it multiple times. Had to clear out my recently deceased mother’s home and I wrapped and secured everything extremely well and most was still damaged due to poor shocks and how rough the truck drove. It was an awful experience and took much longer than it should have due to the truck. And all this after Uhaul offered me 500 dollars to drive 12 hours out of my way to haul an extra trailer for them when it would’ve cost me that in gas alone to do it. Just a bad experience all around.

I would suggest to each customer to call the assigned pickup location prior to pick up to make sure that the rental is available. Would save some time and effort in the event that the location has to be changed.

Because of weather conditions, I had to change my plans for picking up the trailer twice. The staff at this location was most accommodating and enabled me to save time and money in using this trailer. I highly recommend Storage Choice Pearl LLC.

There was a rude woman that called me and matter of fact me and started arguing with me of the deal I got already from Pearl! The people at Pearl went over and beyond helping me get a truck! I would refer all friends and family straight to them. I have rented space from them and again they were awesome!

The store is Pearl did a wonderful job. The first two places that I scheduled a reservation, both were extremely poor customer service and well below average. I finally showed up in the Pearl location. I should have gone to Pearl first.
