You folks at choice rentals are great. What I didn't like was getting an email from corporate at 930pm telling me that I had to be the return location to verify and photograph the truck to prove that I had indeed returned it AND being told I would be charged additional fees if I failed to do so. Using the link provided I was unable to upload my location and the link stopped at that point causing me to have to call customer service. Totally unnecessary. The pinhead at corporate UHaul that thought this up needs to use this service in the real world. Oh Lordy how did we ever function before smartphones???Robert C.

The final location was good, but I was late to a meeting and took an hour to find a location after I was sent to a closed location to pick up after scheduling the day before. Very frustrating and stressful. Jill ThibodauxJill T.
The guys at Storage Choice were very nice and professional. Equipment rating is due to the trailer leaking after it rained, getting my belongings wet. It appears this has been a problem before seeing the repaired areas in both the upper front corners of the interior. I discovered a small wet area near the center of the trailer, but the worst was the front center...I could wring water from a blanket we used to wrap a table, and several boxes were wet.Robert C.

Nice new clean truck I rented a 10 footer worked out great the only problem I had is the drivers door was really hard to close I had to keep closing it over and over again I guess that's from being due very easy on fuel will definitely use you again thank youpatricia D.

When a reservation is made the customer should be informed well before the date of pick up for any changes. The truck was at one location but didn't have utility dolly, tow dolly, or furniture pads as per reservation. The tow dolly was at a different location but was closed that day. Called uhaul and they had a tow dolly at a different location but it was the closed location again and they also had one in another city that took quite a while out of the way to get to. Between the hours of 8am and 4pm I drove back and forth to locations just to be told they didn't have what my reservation was for. When it was all done the trips were 100 miles just to get the truck, tow dolly, utility dolly, and furniture pads. So needless to say I had to get a hotel for the night because I was way past schedule to leave the state and that was an extra cost along with the 100 miles of gas I used.Christina V.
The original order for my U-Haul was completed online and confirmed. When I arrived at the agreed â€œD'Ibervilleâ€ location the truck was not available. The agent contacted U-Haul office which redirected me to the Gulfport agent. Cost me an additional 1/2 hour loader fee ($30.00) and additional 16 miles on the truck $$$. The pain / additional cost & I can't contact the company except if scheduling, in an accident, or vehicle failure. Too sad ??Stephen G.

The truck had not been swept out by the previous lessee. It was, in fact, quite dirty. So I made sure to give it a good sweep before returning it. Other than that, the whole experience was great. The truck was waiting on me. I was able to get in and out rather quickly for the whole transaction process. The truck ran and functioned properly during the move. Other than the truck being dirty initially, I was quite pleased with the whole experience.leslie S.

Not much super friendly customer service from both stores. Originally went to one store, and they told use that there was accually a closer uhaul next to our apt. They reserved the truck so no one could get it except for us. We got there and signed off on the truck with no problems.XAVIER C.
