This location was closed when I arrived but the pro ess of dropping off was efficient. I used the mobile app to begin with but then need to go to the website to complete the drop off process because the app doesn't always work with submitting photos. The app needs some work but it was a great way to drop off a vehicle without having to wait until Monday.Tena S.

I was supposed to have an early pick-up, but there was a problem. When I tried to call the 800 number for UHaul I was on hold for over 20 minutes and never spoke to anyone. Luckily the man running my store location arrived early and was very helpful. He indicated the early system rarely works too. Even small delays are a problem on moving day! The mobile pickup app was terrible. It kept sending me back to the start page. Wouldn't let me submit pictures of the vehicle when I picked it up. The inside of the vehicle was very dirty. Sticky stuff in the cupholders and pet hair everywhere. There were also numerous scratches, etc. on the exterior of the truck that I couldn't see in the pictures provided. There were also furniture pads and a dolly inside our truck which we did not request and these items reduce the capacity of the truck.JERRY C.

I would drop this location for ever representing Uhaul. First my truck is locked behind a secure gate on a day that this place is closed. Then I spend 45 minutes on hold trying to get a way to get inside to access my truck. With no luck, I jump the damn fence. Once to the truck, the key that I was given doesn't work. So, I have to jump the fence again to get out of this place. Afterwards, I try the other trucks that aren't behind the fence and find one that it fits. Now this truck is different than the one on my reservation, so I have to redue all the paperwork on the app to fit the truck that I am going to leave with. When this entire process is complete, I leave the rental place at 10:30. I had arrived at 8:30, 2 hours later. I have an account with Uhaul. The next time I rent from you guys, if that location is still in operations for Uhaul, I will use a competitor instead. Drop these idiots from representing Uhaul, or I will never use you again. Both places went out of their way to make changes due to the circumstances that kept arising. The truck rattled, squeaked, groaned, squealed and nearly "beat" (shook) me to death. It was very hard to drive. Kept swaying and I constantly had to fight the steering wheel. Our load was full and evenly placed, so that was not the problem with the swaying, and having to fight the steering wheel. Believe the shocks and springs were the problem. Also, know how a diesel semi sounds when shifting gears? That is what this truck sounded like ... Until I realized where the diesel sound was coming from, I kept thinking a huge semi was trying to overtake and pass me. This truck was a Ford vehicle but seemed cheaply made. I have rented U-Haul several times but this was the worse experience ever.Julia Y.
