Check in process was agonizingly slow and detailed. Please let customers know upfront that this is not something that’s gonna be done in 10 to 15 minutes. It’s gonna take 30 to 45 at best.

Excellent customer service..
Gracie ELocation was chosen because the truck I needed were no longer available at closer locations. It was not the most convenient, but I was happy I was able to get the truck. Once we arrived at the pick up location I had to wade through all of the details on the app. The issue with this is that 50% of the information was given online when I initiated the reservation. The other information that was asked for should have been part of the process when I reserved the truck. It was very time consuming and we were on a schedule. I really prefer to deal with a live person, not an app.
Shelly PMaking sure that there are the actual materials needed. We needed a utility dolly and got an appliance dolly which was heavier for us to haul around. U-Haul rental did not have working A/C. Receiving a call the day before our rental, we were told we’d have a confirmation for pickup process before the day we picked up, nobody ever called.
