The location met expectations no issues. My complaint is with the U-Haul online scheduling system. It did not offer me the option to select a dolly and it did not even mention ramps, so we were very frustrated when the truck did not come with either. I understood that a dolly was likely not offered because the location was closed and we would not be able to get it from anyone. But the site never said anything about the truck not having a ramp. Very disappointing. Again, this is not a complaint against the location which had nothing to do with u-hauls online system failures.

PATRICK MCheck in process was agonizingly slow and detailed. Please let customers know upfront that this is not something that’s gonna be done in 10 to 15 minutes. It’s gonna take 30 to 45 at best.
