I have had that storage room for a few years and loved my time there. Mr.mike was always helpful and answered any questions I had.If I were to move back to Denton Texas and needed a place to store my things I will be calling Mr. Mike at Storage Depot

Very drawn out process getting truck almost missed out on using it for what I needed it for because it took so long. Then drop off has been hell because I can’t get my lockbox key code and customer service is completely shut down

The facility itself is very clean easy to get a 26 foot U-Haul truck in and out. The check-in process was very easy so far great place to store your stuff..

I would never recommend uhaul the experience I had was horrible and I got chased and then originally I was booked to pick up another uhaul but the location was at a convenience store and the owner couldn’t help and there was lockbox information so I was booked for another location when i returned the vehicle I couldn’t even return the vehicle properly I will never rent again through uhaul yall suck and the wait time was ridiculous

Vehicle was very dirty, from inside to outside. The interior can had food chunks ,crumbs and empty bottles all around. The windshield was so dirty you could see to drive, pulled in at the first gas station and cleaned it. There was a warning on the dash concerning the tire monitor and the tires were low. Along with cleaning the windshield , I filled the tires with air which cost me an additional & 5.00. Terrible experience, and I rent vans every month.

Staff went above and beyond to assist us. We serve those facing homelessness and those at risk of homelessness so have need of storage units from time to time. We are extremely grateful for the assistance!

This was a certificate to be used for the previous screw up by Roadside Assisyance and the day we got the truck they were telling us we needed to return it, tried to bill my credit card $500 and we got a collection emsil. Don't tent snythunh from these morons. I'll neverfoit again. Ihate Uhaul.

Staff was gone each time I arrived (pick up and drop off). I ordered a pickup and was given a box truck that was filthy and had a horrible stench in it. I ordered a utility dolly so I can move my item upstairs and it wasn’t available. Could not reach anyone in the establishment to retrieve it. Had to pay $50 to for someone to help get my items upstairs. I did take photos of the missing items and the filth upon check in and out.

Your U-Haul app does not work well. It couldn’t find the location and the location did not pop up when the store locations were shown. I called your help line but was hung up on by your employee. Your company already had all my info (where I was picking up the truck, driver’s license, credit card info, pic, etc) but I still wasn’t able to get the truck until someone showed up at the store to manually enter all the info you already had. I was an hour late, and had to pay workers for time they were there, but not working The truck was an antique, no wiper fluid, extremely loud, driver door didn’t close well, very uncomfortable.

This location was closed when I arrived but the pro ess of dropping off was efficient. I used the mobile app to begin with but then need to go to the website to complete the drop off process because the app doesn't always work with submitting photos. The app needs some work but it was a great way to drop off a vehicle without having to wait until Monday.

I was supposed to have an early pick-up, but there was a problem. When I tried to call the 800 number for UHaul I was on hold for over 20 minutes and never spoke to anyone. Luckily the man running my store location arrived early and was very helpful. He indicated the early system rarely works too. Even small delays are a problem on moving day! If it is a known problem, then fix it.

When I pick up the truck was very dirty full of dog hair I believe it was toe nail clipping on driver side door floor tobacco in the cup holder, some white chalky marks on the passenger side floor

I had only great experience at the storage facility. Staff was incredibly responsive and friendly and even knew my name. I never saw one bug or one pest and my furniture was there for one year…I used an air conditioned unit for my antique furniture, photos and artwork and all was well one year later. It rained like crazy and there was never any standing water anywhere.Great experience!

The mobile pickup app was terrible. It kept sending me back to the start page. Wouldn't let me submit pictures of the vehicle when I picked it up. The inside of the vehicle was very dirty. Sticky stuff in the cupholders and pet hair everywhere. There were also numerous scratches, etc. on the exterior of the truck that I couldn't see in the pictures provided. There were also furniture pads and a dolly inside our truck which we did not request and these items reduce the capacity of the truck.

The person that checked me in with the return of truck said he would mail my receipt for the closed out truck rental the following day, but never did. I had to call U-Haul corporate number to get the receipt.

The extra dolly and blankets that we didn't order were in the way and we had to work around them. I think if the order specifically states, "no extra " needed it shouldn't be taking up the space. Otherwise, it was a very streamlined rental experience.
