Taketra BThe sales associate was very rude about my return of the vehicle stating I pulled into the spot too quickly. I did a self checkin online. I walked in to return the keys and he said he was going to go inspect the vehicle. I waited for him in my car as he appeared to be trying to find a reason for an additional charge. He said everything was fine but the overall experience was much worse than the many times myself and friends have used UHAUL.
Tyler OThe location was great. My overall experience with Uhaul was terrible. I submitted for a one way rental and was given the option for this location. I was informed via email my reservation was confirmed and I would be called by 6 PM on 3/25. I did not receive any call. I got to the location to find out they don't do one way rentals only local. I was shuffled around to another location to find out I did not have any location confirmed for my rental. After playing phone tag with customer service I had no choice but to switch to a local delivery and pay for mileage and extra gas I otherwise wouldn't have had if I got the one way service I ordered and got put back to my original location. I only got a truck cause they had a cancelation. I started my move almost 2 hours late because of the entire ordeal. If a customer selects one way service online then locations that only offer local service should NOT appear in search results as an option or should be made clear the location is local only. One location we were sent to stated they had numerous other customers in that morning that had similar issues. Overall I would NEVER recommend Uhaul to anyone after this experience.

James WMaking sure charge for gas is on point my mistake should've taken pictures because I put the amount used back in and was charged for not putting gas back in, next time I'll know to take pics of everything, other than that it was a great experience.

I called another location (500 Green Rd Pompano Beach, FL 33064) and Manger was helpful and prompt. Was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone.
