Expect fantastic customer service from the whole team here in Rogers. I've used uhaul many times over 30 years. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I had made a mistake while using the app, and BJ was able to step up and fix my mistakes. I don't expect miracles and folks can only do what's humanly possible. However, I say get out of the bigger cities and rent from these fine folks. I was moving across the country and he saved my butt! Thanks again folks!
