Justin JBJ was helpful with return. As a dealer, he was not able to issue the refund for the two dozen blankets. We had previously returned at the pick up location. I’m going to call U-Haul to request this refund per his instructions.

The location was also very easy to get in and out of with the 20‑foot truck I rented. I would absolutely do business with this facility again.

This location is the only location I have ever picked up from and the inside of the trucks be super clean. They care and I would highly recommend using them.

RONALD MAmy and BJ were awesome. I got to my daughter's apartment and realized all of her furniture would not fit in a 4x8 trailer. I called the office after the 1:00 pm close (approx 1:15) and BJ answered and said they would be there a little while and they could exchange for a larger trailer. So thankful for their customer service.

MICAH CI wasn't invited into their ac office, very hot! The car dolly was in horrible condition overall. It was obviously not checked when it was last returned. One of the chains was broke and too short to work properly. Then, the rear left trailer light did not function at all, had to wait for someone to come and replace the light. Overall a very bad experience with U haul, this delay threw my whole schedule off.

RACHEL YExpect fantastic customer service from the whole team here in Rogers. I've used uhaul many times over 30 years. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I had made a mistake while using the app, and BJ was able to step up and fix my mistakes. I don't expect miracles and folks can only do what's humanly possible. However, I say get out of the bigger cities and rent from these fine folks. I was moving across the country and he saved my butt! Thanks again folks!
