Customer service! The sales clerk obviously hates his job and waa making customers back in trucks when they were obviously not comfortable "That way I don't have to be bothered." Requiring alternative phone numbers and points of contact?!?!? You have all of my info and credit card information, yet I still need to provide an alternative? What if I do not have anyone else? Using your website to check the vehicle in- what a nightmare. When I contact your customer service for a "live chat" nobody ever responded. All in all a poor experience that I do not recommend. It was so crappy in fact that I have since referred 4 couples to an alternative company here in town.Meagan H.

couldn't get the picture part to work on the online drop-off, don't know what end that was a problem with, uhaul or my phone. Came back the next morning, but might have been a problem if I did not have the extra time.Peggy W.

Overcharged for gas an extrab127.33, tried to gip us. They said the gas was on Empty but my husband stopped and put gas in on the way to drop the truck. I will never rent a uhaul from this place again. We had to get an email from the top city location that showed the same receipt that they have access to......needless to say i will never rent from the drop off location again.Kyle O.

The staff was excellent and professional and tried their very best to help and answer all questions. But unfortunately because the Southern Pines location gave me false information and the insurance $28.00 charge, he was u able to fix the issue or refund me the money .Alida G.
